For New Clients
Planning your estate is as easy as 123!
- Discovery Meeting. We get to know you. Because these matters involve family as well as financial issues, we need both spouses to attend (if married). At the Discovery
Meeting we develop a
plan to fit your specific and unique needs.
- Assessment Meeting. After
getting to know you, we review your information with our team of
attorneys who meet with you assessing your needs. A fee quote is
given from our fee schedule.
- Document Signing Celebration. While we are dealing with serious matters, we have fun. We explain your estate plan to you and will take as long as needed to make you comfortable with your
plan. We set a date for the Annual Review Meeting.
Annual Review Program.
Changes happen. The Annual Review Program is like keeping the oil changed in your car. You want your estate plan to work when needed. As an additional (optional)
benefit, we will store the originals of the documents in our fire proof vault. (The Annual Review Meeting is optional each year, but highly recommended.) We set a date for the next Annual Review Meeting.
